You can contact us at email@example.com the first 12 hours after you`ve placed your order if you want to amend or cancel your order. Reason is, by that time we`ve already sent your order for processing in our Fulfillment Center and your package will be on your way.
Make sure to provide your order number and we’ll confirm once the amendment or cancellation has been made.
Please note that any orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. To prevent such problems, kindly update your shipping address to your residential address and double check your billing/shipping information.

Your order will be packaged and sent out as one unit.
10. What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
We`ve had a few rare cases where our Fulfillment Center messed up and forgot to add a small item to our customers order. If this is the case, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will resend you the missing item free of charge.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations.
12. When will my order arrive?
Orders are delivered within 7-20 working days after we have shipped your item. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.
