10. What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
We`ve had a few rare cases where our Fulfillment Center messed up and forgot to add a small item to our customers order. If this is the case, contact us at email@example.com immediately and we will resend you the missing item free of charge.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations.

Orders are delivered within 7-20 working days after we have shipped your item. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.
